NOTICE OF SPECIAL PUBLIC MEETING

IN ACCORDANCE WITH PROVISIONS OF THE WI. STATUTES 60.12(3)Notice is
hereby given that a publiuc meeting of the Town Board will be held on
Monday October 19, 2009 at 6:00 P.M. in the Eagle Point Town Hall
14802 State Hwy. 124 Chippewa falls, WI. 54729

Items of business to be discussed or acted upon at this meeting are

Town Business:1. Town hall remodeling plans and cost presented by
Ayres Associates.
2. Vote of the electors to approve / disapprove
plans.
