NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
In ACCORDANCE WITH PROVISIONS OF THE WISCONSIN STATUES,
Notice is hereby given that a Public Meeting of the Town Board will be
held on MONDAY September 19, 2011 at 7:00 P.M. in the Eagle Point Town
Hall
14802 State Hwy. 124 Chippewa Falls, WI.
Items of business to be discussed or acted upon at this meeting are
listed below:
Chairman Call Meeting to Order.
Roll Call.
Approval of Minutes of Previous Meetings.
Treasurer’s Report.
Report from Chairman.
Report from Fire Chief / Dept.
Report on grant and remodel updates. Jim Schindler Construction

1.Sheriff Kowalczyk / Chippewa County & Bridget Rumphol / Parole
Officer from Dept of Corrections :
To answer questions from concerned citizens on sex offenders living on
Hwy 124.
2.Some residents on Popple Lake want to donate a dock / Board will
check with Town Ins. on
Liability cost and what town would be responsible for.
3.Noise Ordinance on all Town Roads / due to large trucks and
machinery in Township.
4.Water drainage issues around Town Hall, leaking into basement / 3
bids to look over.
5.Choose a Service Plan for lift in the Town Hall
6.Chippewa County Humane Association / contract for services for 2012
