Fire Dept/Town Storage Building overview: SPECIAL ELECTOR MEETING, Tuesday, August 25, 2026 Overview of Town Heated Facility Project Proposal Primary Justification: Improved storage, equipment protection, and faster emergency and public works response. Key Points There is a storage space shortage for both the Town road department and Fire Existing heated and unheated storage buildings are at or near Some equipment is currently stored in unheated space, which is not ideal for emergency response equipment, batteries, boats, trailers, pumps, and winter road equipment. A new heated storage building would improve emergency response readiness and operational efficiency for both departments. To be completely transparent, there is a possibility that taxes may need to be levied, but that would involve another special elector meeting to obtain approval. Public Vote A township needs elector approval to build a new building because Wisconsin Statute 10 reserves direct budgetary and property powers for resident voters at a special town meeting, rather than granting total executive control to the elected town board. Elector approval grants the town board the legal authority to move forward with a project (through board approval at a future meeting). The Board is asking electors to authorize up to $350,000 for the project (estimates indicate less). Welcome to the Town of Eagle Point!

Town Board Meetings are held the 3rd Monday of every month at 7:00 pm. 

Plan Commission Meetings are held the 2nd Monday of every month at 7:00 pm, if needed.  Check the event calendar for updates.

The Annual Meeting is held the 3rd Tuesday of April. 

Recycling Center: open the 1st & 3rd Saturday of the month from 9:00am to 2:00pm closed holidays and deer opener, please check the calendar for any changes. 16306 165th Ave. 

Beginning with 2026 the Recycling Center will only be open the 1st Saturday for the months of January, February, March.

Garbage Service: Eagle Point Provider: Waste Management (800) 621-8884 for recycling and carts. 

Town Hall & Pavilion: We have a town hall that can be rented for parties, a pavilion that can be rented for picnics, and a concession stand near the softball field. For rental rates and dates contact Laurie Hebert (715) 288-6770
